Still kicking

Man its been ages since i posted any journal here. So yeah despite the pandemic ive been doing well but i can't wait for things to go back to normal.
Had a bed bug infestation and was forced to move and my god i don't wish this on anybody, heck i even changed car out of fear (not complaining on that i roll in a neat chevy now ).
Lost my job earlier this year but got something worked out with the office so they just changed my contract and i continue to work for the same company from home and no loss in pay. So yay.
Turned 28 not too long ago, still going on strong even if mentally things can be rough specially when working as customer support.
Stay safe y'all, things will get better.

Sorry I haven't post much lately but in the past month I got bitten by the car bug and im back alive, Ill be posting some of my personal favorite tunes from various games. for the other writing project I dont know If im going to pick it back up or donate them, Ill see in the future.

When life kicks you below the belt

Hi everyone, it's been awhile since the last update so sorry for keeping everyone in the dark. First thing of all, about the SSM stories ive hit a solid writer block, my head is somewhere else at the moment and my heart is not there so it's on ice for a moment. There are other things I wish to explore and try but the writer block is persistent with this one (bad star wars pun,check).
Normally I never put my personal life on Deviantart but this time I need to get it off my chest. Since I start working in a call center, I feel like those 2 years in college 2 months in France was for nothing and......is this it ? I am to stay in that dreaded place till I retire ? and every time I tried to look for something else or talk about it, I either hear ''you will find something soon'' or how expensive living in a bigger city and how I need this and this to work in an other city(bigger) and how stable my current job is (yeah right). Plus add the bitterness of losing two people I once consider BFF and almost family for more than two years in September(still creeps in my mind to this day), let's just said life can be a mean b****.
Good thing Ive met other people who is supporting me along the way (and a new crush
) , Im also too darn stubborn to stop trying and eventually Ill get through this phase and hopefully be a much happier person.

Story Update

I knew I'm not putting journal very often but I felt i needed to let you peoples know what's coming up for the super sonic man and others.
I'm still in the process of figuring out where to send the speedster next, for now im bouncing back between to scenario. One is long and quite dark and the other one is potentially shorter, less grim with a bit of humor in it.
I can't give an exact time ill be done with him but I will finish that story and many others that will followed.
For the Red Guard, honestly have no idea what im going to do exactly with him but I'm planning to appear in SSM stories in parallel.
If anyone got suggestion my doors is always open.

Maleficent trailer first impression

*disclaimer : I never watch Sleeping beauty before so sorry if I miss a few things about the movie*
I watch the first trailer for that movie and to be honest before that I was skeptical. I thought it was going to be just another remake of a fairy tale that Disney has done. That opinion changed the moment I saw Angelina Jolie as the classic villain Maleficent I got curious about it.
The story this time is told from the perspective of Maleficent this time,which is either a good thing and a bad one.
It can be good because were are following a very interesting character and we get to see her back story and why she is evil (and awesome ^^ ) as long as they don't screw it up like Darth Vaders in episode 1,2 and 3 (well 3 isn't that bad but the ''noooo'' bit killed me). (possible red flag or a good sign)
It can be bad if they make Maleficent the misunderstood main character which goes against Maleficent personality and it would destroy the main appeal of the movie. (possible red flag)
The rest of the trailer look nice but it remind me of Oz:the great and mighty and Snow white and the huntsman (which makes sense since is directed by Robert Stromberg who previously work on as a visual effect supervisor such as Master and Commander: The far side of the world,as a production designer on Avatar and Alice in Wonderland). (not a bad thing)
I'm worried that the movie might fall into the usual remake fairy tail trend but I think Angelina Jolie can save this flick since she loved the movie and her characters since she was a child. She even insisted on the fact that Maleficent should remain scary (thank you miss Jolie !). She even scared little kid while dress as the beloved villain and only her daughter wasn't afraid of her as was apparently the only child actor who wasn't scared. (really good sign)
So as far as I could see its going to be an interesting thing, the movie is due this May 28 this year. Check it out if you got the chance.
